3. Drink plenty of water and fruit juices. Taking a lot of liquids helps the body maintain its normal temperature and body fluids.
4. Exercise regularly. Exercise makes the body systems become more efficient in performing their specific functions. Exercise improves circulation of body fluids and excretion of body wastes.
5. Have enough rest and sleep. Rest and sleep enable the body to repair worn-out cells and tissues. They also energize the body.
6. Observe cleanliness and keep yourself safe from diseases. Observing good personal hygiene keeps you away from diseases. Avoiding direct contact with a sick person will also keep you from getting sick.
7. Have the necessary vaccinations. Vaccines stimulate your body to produce antibodies against a particular disease. They also help strengthen your body’s immune system. They protect you from serious diseases such as typhoid, cholera, diphtheria, polio, tetanus, whooping cough, measles, and small pox.
